Our customers range in size from companies with five employees adding their sixth to Fortune 100 companies. But our sweet spot is in the mid-market. The vast majority of our customers are nimble, fast moving, closely (or owner operated), and web savvy. They employ 20 to 3000 people. Their HR staff have a wide range of responibilities (besides recruiting and hiring) and are mindful of how they spend both their time and their financial resources. Simply put, our customers are the powerhouse of the economy.
