Vensure Employer Services is currently looking for an Outbound Marketing Representative (OMR) to increase the qualified pipeline of new opportunities for our sales agents. We are seeking a fearless OMR with an entrepreneurial attitude to drive business development activity for our sale agents. A successful OMR excels at finding and qualifying new business opportunities and has a natural inclination for selling value. An OMR candidate is very driven, goal oriented team player and can show evidence that they thrive in a the highly motivated culture of a growing team led by a successful entrepreneur. The ideal candidate conducts high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, HR issues, and Workers Compensation Insurance.
 
The Outbound Marketing Representative (OMR) is responsible for prospecting to generate leads and opportunities for sales agents. Around 60% of your efforts will be spent qualifying Vensure Employer Services’ outbound leads through phone and email based touches and follow ups. The goal of your conversations is basic account qualification and to set discovery conversations for respective sales agents. The other 40% of your time will be spent analyzing the market and directly executing outbound phone and email campaigns with the goal of uncovering viable discovery conversations for sales agents. This is a high-performance sales environment with the expectation that each OMR will manage their business professionally and continually strive to achieve over quota. Sales performance is well compensated for team members who are consistent with their activity, strategy, approach, and attainment of targets. Compensation is Base Salary with a uncapped commission structure plus bonuses tied to # of qualified opportunities delivered to sales agents.
 
Responsibilities
·       Manage prospecting status and forecasting in CRM system
·       Identify basic alignment between prospect challenges and Vensure’s capabilities and then hand off qualified opportunities to sales agents
·       Create a great first impression with our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
·       Build outbound campaigns and establish initial contact with key decision makers and set conversations for Vensure sales agents
·       Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Vensure Employer Services
·       Effectively segment prospects based upon Vensure’s market and opportunity sizing
·       Generate qualified leads and set sales appointments
·       Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone and email - converting suspects to prospects.
·       Partner with our experienced sales agents to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
·       Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build the sales opportunity pipeline for our sales agents.
·       Meet Daily and Weekly Activity Based Metrics (Dials, Conversations, Qualified Opportunities), logged into CRM
·       Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities
·       Leverage CRM tools to manage prospecting status and forecasting
 
Preferred Qualifications
·       Experience with PEO, Employee Leasing, Commercial Insurance, and/or Merchant Processing Sales helpful but not required.
·       Excellent instincts for conversing and ability to think on the fly
·       Prior inside sales experience
·       Excellent communication skills
·       Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
·       Strong problem-solving skills
·       A hunter mentality to find and cultivate new business.
·       High energy and positive attitude
·       Ability to take initiative
·       Innate drive, self-motivation and work ethic
·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
·       Possess strong work ethic and commanding desire to master the art of selling
 
Requirements
·       Ability to work on the phone and meet strict daily activity metrics (dials, conversations)
·       Ability to work in a fast environment and take initiative to grow skills with limited supervision
·       Highly organized with excellent written/verbal communication skills
·       Experience being held to metrics a plus
·       2+ years sales or related market/business experience.
·       CRM experience a plus
·       US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Compensation package includes:
·       Competitive annual base salary plus commissions with uncapped earnings potential!
·       Total compensation expected between $50,000- $60,000 (base plus commission).
