Job Summary:

The Brand Ambassador’s mission is to extend and amplify the brand’s reach.  Their primary responsibility is to operate and manage the schedule of a customized mobile engraving machine for the purpose of etching personalized computer developed logos or messages on individual spirit bottles and is also responsible for the successful activation of engraving activities at on and off premise licensed accounts throughout the state of Illinois.  Using a company-provided vehicle, the Brand Ambassador will travel throughout the state, promoting the brand, executing all elements of the engraving process, providing a high level of quality work while engaging with trade customers and general consumers with an objective of building strong relationships while maximizing sales. We are willing to train on all aspects of the Engraving machine.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Coordination and Activation of Engraving Activities:
    • Responsible for activating all engraving activities throughout the state of Illinois.
    • Coordinate each element of the engraving process including set-up and takedown of activation area and managing point of sale materials.
    • Successfully operate the engraving machine, producing a high-quality finished product.
    • Engage with trade customers (owners, managers, employees) as well as general consumers during the engraving process.
    • Partner with local Brown Forman and agency partners to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness in the role.
    • Provide comprehensive recaps to stakeholders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to interact with customers and consumers in a professional way.
  • Reliable in returning calls, showing up on time, recapping programs, and communicating with Brown Forman and Wirtz Beverage teams to ensure that we are maximizing sales in these locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, accounts, consumers, and all internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on computer and operate software system of engraver.
  • Responsible for regular maintenance as needed on the engraver.
  • Must have valid State Driver’s license.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends.
  • Willing to travel up to 30% of the time.

  • Communication: Candidate must provide constant and reliable communication with company workforce, partners, etc.  This includes the ability to manage the flow of communication.

- Salary:  $ 35,000 – $ 40,000 DOE
