Bauderer Packaging ( is a fast-growing provider of contract food packaging services  that offers a wide range of packaging solutions to our customers. We are looking for an Accounting Clerk/Admin Assistant that will work at the front desk providing first contact for inbound calls, and on-site visitors. This multi-faceted role will also provide accounting support to the CFO and administrative support for our teams, doing a variety of unique tasks.
This is an entry level position with opportunities to grow within the company.  A customer service focused, people oriented person, looking to work independently in a fast paced, friendly, and respectful office environment would flourish at Bauderer Packaging.  Great communication skills, written and verbal, are a must!

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree, but it is not required
  • Previous experience with payables, receivables, invoicing and payroll reporting
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Be an intelligent self-starter with the proven ability to multitask, an upbeat and personable demeanor that can interact gracefully and tactfully with personnel and clients
  • Have knowledge and experience supporting the sales and accounting processes
  • Computer literate: MS Office Suite, HTML and Quickbooks experience is a plus but not necessary

Job responsibilities include:
  • Processing accounts payable, invoicing, application of cash receipts and reporting on plant payroll hours
  • Reception: answer all inbound phone calls and greet guests
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensuring that the office is orderly and welcoming
  • Office supply management
  • Periodic project based support for necessary departments
  • Manage contract paperwork and other filing
  • Assistance with any and all administrative needs and other duties as needed and assigned
